Invite your friends and family to join us as we support our local food community right here in Austin at this Amplify Austin Fundraiser, which is our city's annual community-wide day of giving. The 24- hour period provides an easy and fun way for our entire community to give together while helping local nonprofits. Last year we raised over $7.7M for over 500 Central Texas nonprofits.
We will be donating all CD sales during this event to a local non-profit!!
Lots of fun activities during this fun, family-friendly event:
FRESH, LOCAL FOOD: Bring a cooler and pick-up some produce from our local farmers.
DELICIOUS PREPARED FOOD: Purchase dinner from one our prepared food vendors and enjoy a picnic in Triangle Park. Don’t forget your picnic blanket!
FREE YOGA: Enjoy a FREE yoga class from CorePower Yoga Austin at 5:30pm! CorePower will have 10 yoga mats on hand, but we encourage you to bring your own.
FREE DANCE LESSONS: Learn some new moves with a free dance class from Fred Astaire Austin! Then enjoy a live dance demo from some of the best in Austin!
GAMES GALORE!: Have fun and get moving with one of the many outdoor games we’ll have on hand (bocce, washers, soccer, football and more!).
COOK-OFF: Sample food from our Taste-off event between one of our vendors and SFC Farmers’ Market staff. You get to vote for the winner!
LIVE MUSIC: Get groovy to the sounds of Choctaw Wildfire at 5pm – The Austin Chronicle calls them a 2015 "Best New Local Act".
KIDS ACTIVITIES: Let your kiddos imagination run wild with the Imagination Playground set up in Triangle Park, or at our special kids cooking activity at the Taste the Place booth.
SFC SWAG: Stop by the SFC tent and make a donation to SFC on the Amplify Austin website. Every person who donates will receive a gift from SFC! We’ll announce our total at 6:30pm!
